Tehran - IRNA - "Nurlan Yermekbayev," Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, congratulated the signing of the memorandum of understanding between the USA and Iran during his meeting with "Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli," Iran's ambassador to China. He expressed hope that the agreements reached between the two countries would contribute to security and peace in the region.
