A poet and writer said: The collection "Letters of Kufi" was an experience for me to distance myself from purely elegiac forms and move towards new language and structures in religious poetry; an experience that tries to enable the dialogue of Ashura poetry with today's language. Religious poetry, in order to endure and be impactful, needs to be reinvented in form and expression and to transcend the repetition of established narratives.
