Watch | The ceiling for rent increase in the country set at 25 percent

The Director-General of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran Province said: The resolution of the heads of the authorities will be enforced nationwide from July 1, 1405 (Iranian calendar), and landlords do not have the right to increase rent by more than 25%. Cases such as the personal need of the owner or property renovation are considered exceptions to this resolution.
