The relations between Iran and Iraq are historical, geographical, cultural, religious, economic, and strategic. Iran is considered a very important neighbor to Iraq, but unfortunately this neighbor is under threat of war. There are interactions between the positions of Iran and the U.S., and we tried to create a framework for negotiations between the two parties, but unfortunately the situation escalated to the point of war, and we opposed this situation from the very beginning.
