Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic, on his visit to Iraq said that the full reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, according to an agreement with the US, is solely the responsibility of Tehran, and any interference would disrupt this process and escalate tensions.
