The governor of Khorasan Razavi, emphasizing the need to move beyond merely theoretical discussions in Iran-Afghanistan relations, called for planning to hold the "Economic Cooperation Conference between Afghanistan and Khorasan Razavi" in Mashhad. He stated: Developing economic cooperation with regional countries, strengthening transportation infrastructure, and delegating more authorities to the province are among the most important requirements for realizing economic diplomacy.
