Tehran has urged the Iraqi government and the Kurdistan Regional Government to either hand over the leaders and members of the Kurdish parties to Iran or transfer them to a third country within a specified time frame. Officials from the Iraqi government, the Kurdistan Region, and Iran's Kurdish parties have not yet responded to the news.
