For many citizens, the Ramadan war is associated with the sound of explosions, destroyed homes, and lost loved ones; but amid those turbulent days, a group of volunteer women crisis managers in Tehran, as part of the Duam and Duam Support teams, created a different narrative. A story of relief efforts, psychological support, accompanying affected families, and striving to restore calm to neighborhoods suddenly caught in crisis.
