Esmail Beghaei, spokesperson for Iran's Foreign Ministry, says Tehran has no plan for International Atomic Energy Agency inspections of the nuclear facilities damaged in the war. Yesterday, J.D. Vance, the U.S. Vice President, stated that Iran agreed to the return of the agency's inspectors. Meanwhile, technical talks between Iran and the U.S. in Switzerland have concluded. The Iranian Foreign Ministry says both parties agreed on establishing joint working groups, including on "nuclear" and "sanctions" issues, and that "necessary understandings were reached."
