Tehran - IRNA - The representative of the Supreme Leader in the IRGC, referring to the recent statements of the Leader about the memorandum, said: Our understanding is that he did not oppose the principle of negotiation from a position of power, but there were demands and expectations that were not fully realized in what was prepared and presented by the officials. Therefore, despite some shortcomings and based on the commitments of the officials, permission was granted to cautiously and carefully continue the path.
